ORIENTATION INFORMATION for the 2011-2012 School Year:
6th Grade and CITY Student Orientation
Thursday, August 18th, 8 am in the Theatre

7th and 8th Grade Student Orientation
Friday, August 19th, 8 am in the Theatre

STUDENT SCHEDULES for the 2011-2012 School Year:

All schedules will be handed out on the first day of school for all students.

All sixth graders and City 3-5 graders should report to the PA Auditorium.

All seventh and eighth graders should report to their first hour class where they will be handed out

Lists will be posted in the main hallway and on the patio near the Cafeteria for all seventh and eighth graders. If seventh graders do not have up to date shot records, they will not receive a schedule on the first day of school.

All immunizations must be up to date.  Parents can turn in the 680 form to Mrs. Johnson, our Registrar, beginning August 1st during school hours.
Holy Cross Hospital will be at Parkway from 8am-noon on Thursday, August 18th to give free immunizations for those who are eligible.  You must be unisured or have medicaid to be eligible.
The Health Department is giving free immunizations all summer at their various locations as well as the Lauderhill Mall.  Contact them for further information.

UNIFORM INFORMATION:
Students will follow the unified dress code, wearing solid colors:  khaki, white, black, gold, or navy shirts, pants, skirts, and shorts. Shirts are to have a collar (polo style).  Sweaters and jackets should be one of these solid colors also.
